This book ties in everything you read in my first two books in 2017. The Soul In Our Hearts, and Who Are The Heroes. this book hits you hard about reality. It's a wake up call for your life. Don't let this read pass you by. Keep in mind, my books are about truth and reality. Nothing is held back. You can't run and hide from the truth when you read any one of my books because once to start to read them, you can't put them down.

 

"Perception is a word I will use many times in this book. By the end of this book, you will have a much better knowledge of perception and how it affects your life as a whole. But what is perception?  Perception is how we and others perceive things, or how we make others perceive things. Yes, perception can be intentional, and manipulated by others. The passing of time is often a physiological experience. The more anxious we feel about something; the quicker time appears to pass. Perception, along with your state of mind causes this to happen. What is a state of mind?  A state of mind is a person's emotional state, along with their mood. In contrast to emotions, feelings, or effects, moods are less specific, less intense, and less likely to be triggered by a particular stimulus or event. Moods are typically described as having either a positive or negative valence. In other words, people usually speak of being in a good mood or a bad mood.

     This can be caused by any source that causes you anxiety. A particular event, person, place or object. Large crowds, speaking in public, meeting your partner’s parents, or projects at work. Anything that makes you anxious and nervous. We all have different things that trigger these responses. Now you can see how your mood; as well as your state of mind is critical to how you perceive things, or by the perceptions you project. Any combination of anxiety, stress, state of mind, perception and mood, can interact with each other. Any one of them can affect the other. So how do we keep track of all these things, and what do they have to do with time? If I answer that now, there would be no reason for you to read the rest of this book. However, by the end of the final chapter, you will see how they affect your

life and time, as well as how you can control them."
